Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences and product recommendations to customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. Drive in-store and digital sales while building customer relationships and staying current on beauty trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointment bookings, and customer events.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and maintain an organized, customer-ready department.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment and participate in product and trend training.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
