Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and through digital channels
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
