Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow digital sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and feedback on fit and product selection
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow customer base
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready including light cleaning
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments
