Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor providing product knowledge and styling guidance
• Process sales transactions and support commission based selling
• Maintain merchandise presentation and replenish sales floor stock
• Perform inventory support tasks including receiving and stocking
• Provide shoe care services when assigned to shoe care specialist role
• Support fulfillment and delivery tasks as needed
• Participate in hiring event interview process and onboarding activities

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks related to merchandising and stocking
• Eligibility to work in the location of employment
• Willingness to participate in Nordstrom hiring event interview and onboarding
