Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to network and drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings provided by company and brand partners
• Assist customers with opening rewards accounts to build loyalty
