Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including text and social media to grow customer following and sales
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization and customer readiness
- Participate in trainings to stay current on products and industry knowledge
