Job Description

Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product recommendations to drive in-store and digital sales. Build customer relationships, use social and text tools to engage clients, and support a welcoming team environment at the beauty counter.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
  • Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
  • Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
  • Use digital tools including text and social media to grow customer following and sales
  • Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintain department organization and customer readiness
  • Participate in trainings to stay current on products and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
  • Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
  • Empathy and respect for diverse customers during services
  • Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn from brand partners and internal trainings
