Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on product fit
• Build lasting customer relationships and open rewards program accounts
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments as needed
• Follow flexible schedules based on business needs
