Summary
Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital shoe sales through outstanding service, styling advice, and relationship building. Role includes merchandising, stocking, order filling, and occasional coverage in other departments. Schedule varies weekly and requires flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
- Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers with confidence
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill customer orders and assist with order completion
- Crosstrain and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales
- Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organized with strong follow through

- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
