Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and create personalized beauty experiences
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
- Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends products and brand knowledge through training
