Summary

The Fifth Avenue Club Consultant provides personalized luxury personal shopping services in an exclusive club environment, driving individual sales and building client relationships under the direction of the Stylist Manager or Club Director. The role focuses on recruiting new members, maintaining client records using company tools, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop excellent client relationships and deliver high levels of customer service
• Recruit new Club members and utilize Club events to increase sales
• Proactively generate ideas with Club Directors to grow individual business opportunities
• Use company online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
• Participate in Club events and member outreach activities
• Collaborate with team members and management to support store objectives
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a luxury customer-focused sales environment
• Experience working with sales quotas and meeting sales targets
• Strong networking, relationship building, and customer service skills
• Comfortable with social media and technology
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to act with diplomacy and build trust with clients
