Responsibilities

• Create and develop excellent client relationships and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Initiate and utilize club events to recruit new members and increase sales.
• Proactively generate and share ideas with Club Directors to develop individual business opportunities.
• Utilize online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Meet sales quotas and work to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop existing members and maximize sales through personalized service.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
• Experience working with sales quotas and meeting sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship building skills.
• Social media and technology savvy.
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem solving skills.
