Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customers.
- Engage customers to understand needs and build lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally.
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media.
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness.
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends.
- Promote and enroll customers in the rewards program to build loyalty.
Requirements
