Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build loyalty and open new rewards accounts
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including use of text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
