Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and advising on fit and style.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up.
- Use digital tools such as text and social media to drive sales and engage customers.
- Work toward individual and department sales goals and performance incentives.
- Collaborate with team members to fill orders and assist with customer needs.
- Stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and execute price markdowns.
- Maintain a customer-ready department through light cleaning and organization.
- Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fit techniques.
- Support flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Requirements
