Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend and sell beauty products to meet customer beauty goals
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to support digital selling and build a customer following
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
• Keep current with beauty trends products and brand training
