Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend and sell beauty products to meet customer beauty goals
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to support digital selling and build a customer following
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
- Keep current with beauty trends products and brand training
Requirements
