Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to support selling and build customer following
• Book appointments and drive sales for Beauty events and services
• Manage sales refunds and exchanges
• Keep department organized clean and customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
