Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep the department customer ready: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and support digital selling efforts
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments and work a variable schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Organization, follow-through, and willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
