- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer ready

- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Comfort with physical requirements including frequent movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
