Summary

Beauty Sales employees create personalized beauty experiences by learning about customers’ needs and recommending products from luxury beauty brands. The role focuses on customer service, makeup and skincare guidance, and achieving sales goals in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers’ beauty goals.
• Build customer relationships, book appointments, and support sales at in-store beauty events and through digital selling.
• Achieve sales goals, process transactions and returns, and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends, products, and training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active during shifts and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
