Responsibilities
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a customer following
- Provide personalized service and product recommendations to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Fill orders and assist with light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Collaborate with the team and provide honest feedback on style and fit
- Be flexible to occasionally work in a different department based on business needs
- Maintain physical stamina for prolonged standing and merchandise handling
