Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for beauty and fragrance brands
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming inclusive environment
- Keep department organized clean and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
Requirements

- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
