Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with team and occasionally support other departments
• Maintain physical stamina to handle merchandise and assist customers
