Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and product advice on style and fit
- Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
- Open new customer rewards accounts and grow customer following
- Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready environment
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with sales focus
- Interest and ability to use technology and social media for selling
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organized with strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Capable of continuous physical movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
