Summary

Salesperson role focused on kids apparel and shoes delivering excellent customer service through in-store and digital selling channels. Use styling knowledge and selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals. Position requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasional duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Utilize text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Stock, re-merchandise, price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Fill orders and assist with Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment
• Work collaboratively with team to keep department customer ready
• Perform occasional duties in other departments as needed
