Boutique Assistant - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports a seamless, memorable client experience at a luxury boutique. This role partners with boutique management and sales associates on hospitality, client services, and daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, gift wrapping, and other client treatment.
• Support boutique traffic, appointment booking, queue management, phone duties, and quick service requests.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and help with boutique opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues to uphold service standards.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience are required; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
