Client Experience Host - American Dream

Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class client experience in the showroom by providing exceptional hospitality, personalized service and timely client engagement. The role uses CRM and client research to create unique experiences, supports Sales Consultants and the VIP room, and maintains showroom presentation and hospitality stations. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and a flexible schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a timely and professional manner
• Use CRM and client research to personalize and facilitate unique client experiences
• Support Sales Consultants and VIP room operations with hospitality and client service
• Maintain and stock client experience stations and showroom housekeeping standards
• Promote a positive in-showroom atmosphere and lead by example
• Complete required training and attend departmental meetings
• Recommend improvements to systems and procedures and ensure data confidentiality

Requirements

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic selling techniques and ability to build client relationships
• IT literate, highly organized and able to multitask
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays and able to stand for long periods
• Maintain confidentiality at the highest level
