Boutique Assistant - Soho

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports a welcoming, polished client experience at the Cartier Soho boutique. The role assists with client appointments, boutique operations, and hospitality in partnership with boutique management and sales associates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support their boutique journey, including appointment preparation and product presentation.
• Assist with boutique traffic, appointment booking, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain client service areas, hospitality supplies, and visual standards; support opening and closing activities.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
