Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class client experience in the showroom through exceptional hospitality, presentation, and interpersonal skills. They support Sales Consultants and VIP room service, maintain client experience stations, and use CRM to personalize interactions. The Host ensures timely welcomes, strong client relationships, and adherence to showroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients promptly and act as first point of contact for internal and external guests
• Support Sales Consultants and assist in the VIP room to deliver personalized experiences
• Use CRM and client research to tailor hospitality and engagement
• Maintain and stock client experience stations and uphold showroom housekeeping standards
• Promote a positive showroom atmosphere and represent the department at meetings
• Recommend operational improvements and complete duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality strongly preferred
• Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with basic selling techniques
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems
• Professional presentation, high confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to complete required training and support team performance
