The Boutique Facilitator provides versatile support across boutique operations, helping the team maximize client-facing time and deliver exceptional service. This in-store role supports sales, inventory, administrative tasks, and daily boutique activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing service and sales support.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support product packaging, register opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and address client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for client experience and an interest in learning about the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
