Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Key Holder serves as a Dior Ambassador, passionately promoting the Dior Maison and its values. This role involves managing daily operations in the absence of management, including customer service, cash handling, inventory checks, and supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store, including deactivating and activating security systems.
  • Manage cash handling, sales reports, and store cleanliness.
  • Supervise staff and train new employees in the absence of management.
  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging Dior tools for client loyalty.
Requirements
  • 1 year of Key Holder experience in a retail environment.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results.
  • Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills preferred.
