Summary
Lead and optimize boutique operations by motivating the team to drive sales performance, ensure outstanding client service, and maximize boutique profitability while representing the Maison and executing brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual KPIs and targets.
- Define and implement annual action plans and amend strategies to optimize performance.
- Set and monitor individual sales targets and provide regular feedback to associates.
- Develop client relationships, resolve escalated client issues, and grow client portfolios.
- Plan and lead boutique events and local business development initiatives with corporate support.
- Recruit, motivate and develop boutique staff and manage performance and compensation processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and support inventories and audits as required.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and provide strategic analysis and action plans.
- Manage boutique expenses, T&E, and oversee maintenance to meet visual brand standards.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years prior management experience in luxury product selling.
- Experience with PR events and networking preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills required.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- Additional language skills considered an asset.
- Proven ability to motivate, cultivate and develop a team.
