Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This role demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge while helping maintain store standards and creating an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-first service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts.
