Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring customer experiences on the sales floor while supporting store initiatives and driving daily sales results. This seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, product discovery, and representing brand expectations to build clientele and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer focused interactions
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use technology and alternative purchase methods to strengthen customer connectivity
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor standards and assist with product discovery tools
• Operate register and support in store merchandising and customer service tasks
• Support collaborative team environment aligned to brand expectations

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to operate point of sale systems and support alternative selling processes
