Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as a frontline representative of the brand, supports store initiatives, and helps drive sales performance and customer engagement through in-store and digital touchpoints. This role supports team training, community outreach, and the execution of company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by engaging customers and driving product discovery.
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients through outreach, networking, and in-store events to broaden the customer base.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, and digital catalogs.
• Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and visual presentation at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and dressing areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
• Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills to support store performance.
