Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a retail environment. The role supports sales goals, company initiatives, and uses multiple shopping technologies to broaden customer access to products. Team-oriented and motivated to build clientele and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company initiatives and execute store vision to deliver consistent brand experience
• Participate in team training and use new technology to support business results
• Engage in networking to develop and maintain a clientele
• Support alternative purchasing processes including ship to home and virtual options
• Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas including stock and dressing rooms
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
