Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand values while driving sales and customer engagement. The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and use of digital tools to broaden customer accessibility and support alternative purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to meet business goals
• Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
• Provide consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital discovery tools
• Maintain store execution and productivity standards
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work across sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Planning and time management skills
