The role contributes to building clientele, uses company technology to broaden purchasing options, and upholds brand standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized and consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support and participate in team training and company initiatives
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden customer accessibility
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management and co-workers
