Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand values while driving sales and customer engagement. Works as part of the retail team to support training, community outreach, and alternative purchasing methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and broaden client base
• Provide exceptional customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in talent sourcing

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive customer and team relationships
• Planning and time management skills
