Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and building customer relationships. They support store operations, visual standards, and product education while meeting individual sales KPIs. This entry-level role contributes to the team's success through styling, service, and adherence to store processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to meet customer needs.
• Consistently achieve individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to team sales goals.
• Engage customers and enroll them in the loyalty/program system.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, operate the register, and complete opening/closing duties.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising; support floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in required trainings and share product or category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform tasks on the sales floor and back of house.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel; ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
