Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and support the Ralph Lauren brand through styling, product knowledge, and strong service. This entry-level retail role drives sales performance by meeting KPI targets, connecting customers to loyalty programs, and maintaining store presentation. Ambassadors also support day-to-day store operations and training initiatives as a foundation for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Connect customers to the Polo Connect program and educate them on available products, programs, and initiatives.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for extended periods and operate the register/POS.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver around stock and dressing rooms, and perform physical store tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
