Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized and inspiring shopping experiences focused on customer satisfaction and business results. This entry level role supports store initiatives, leverages digital tools to broaden product discovery, and helps build a clientele while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through customer focused interactions and achieving sales goals
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to strengthen sales
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
