Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset while supporting store operations and visual standards. Brand Ambassador role focuses on driving sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and collaboration with the store team. This entry level role supports learning and growth toward future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing guidance
• Support floor sets, replenishment, stock organization, and back of house tasks
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and procedures
• Participate in training on product, processes, compliance, and talent development
• Provide product feedback and communicate category opportunities to management
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain store standards

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred
• Effective verbal communication with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
