Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that supports store sales and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on selling, styling, and assisting customers while supporting operational and visual merchandising activities. Ambassadors are expected to be team players who can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to sales goals.
• Assist customers with styling and fitting room needs and educate them on programs and offerings.
• Maintain store standards, complete opening and closing responsibilities, and support BOH processes.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOs), and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in stock areas.
• Ability to operate a register and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
