Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve set sales goals
• Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions
• Support company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize technology and alternative shopping methods to drive business
• Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
