Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting sales objectives and brand standards while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. Act as an entry level sales role focused on driving KPIs, engaging customers, and supporting merchandising and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of store sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers through programs such as Polo Connect and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate a register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
