Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer first service and supporting store sales goals. This entry level retail role supports company initiatives, participates in team training, and helps build customer relationships to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and deliver the Ralph Lauren brand experience
- Participate in team training and use new technology to support sales
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
- Represent customer experience expectations and champion core values
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
- Ability to operate register and perform cashwrap duties
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
