Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and promotes brand values. The role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, and participation in team training while supporting alternative purchasing processes and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients and expand the customer base through creative outreach
- Provide exceptional customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain store standards and ensure sales floor readiness
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Proven track record building and maintaining positive customer and coworker relationships
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
