Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales through customer engagement and product discovery. This seasonal role focuses on building clientele, representing brand expectations, and supporting omnichannel selling tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize omnichannel tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Promote product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Represent customer experience expectations aligned to brand standards
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back rooms
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
