Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on the customer and supporting store business goals. This role supports company initiatives, uses retail technology to drive sales, and helps build clientele while embodying brand values.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused actions
- Support company initiatives and execute store vision and brand expectations
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
- Utilize retail technologies and alternative purchase paths such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Engage in customer networking to build and maintain clientele
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met
- Support product discovery tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
