Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. This entry level retail position focuses on driving sales, supporting company initiatives, and building customer relationships while upholding brand standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase methods to support sales
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
